How to Connect SMS.MD to Bitrix24

Setup takes about 10–15 minutes. Once configured, SMS.MD will be available across all Bitrix24 scenarios — manual sending from CRM, automation rules, marketing, and business processes.

  1. Register with SMS.MD
    Create an account at partner.sms.md. Fill in your company details and sign the agreement — processing takes a few hours.
  2. Top Up Your Balance
    Create an invoice in your personal account and pay it. Minimum deposit — 500 MDL. Unused funds never expire.
  3. Register a Sender Name
    Submit a request for a sender name (your company or brand name). Registration with Moldovan operators takes 1–2 business days.
  4. Get Your API Key
    In your SMS.MD dashboard, go to Settings → API and copy your API key.
  5. Open SMS Settings in Bitrix24
    In your Bitrix24, go to CRM → Sales → Sales Center → SMS Provider.
  6. Install the SMS.MD App from the Marketplace
    Click "Install from Marketplace", find the SMS.MD app, and install it in your Bitrix24.
  7. Enter Your API Key and Sender Name
    Open the installed SMS.MD app, paste your API key from the dashboard, and enter your registered sender name.
  8. Send a Test SMS
    Verify the integration by sending a test message from a deal card. Done — SMS.MD is now available across all Bitrix24 scenarios.

Important: The sender name must be registered with Moldovan mobile operators before you start sending. SMS messages with an unregistered sender name may be blocked at the carrier level. Our support team will help you through the registration process.
