How to Connect SMS.MD to amoCRM

Setup takes about 10–15 minutes. Once configured, SMS.MD will be available as a widget in the Digital Pipeline, for manual sending from deal cards, and for bulk campaigns.

1. Register with SMS.MD
   Create an account at partner.sms.md. Fill in your company details and sign the agreement — processing takes a few hours.
2. Top Up Your Balance
   Create an invoice in your personal account and pay it. Minimum deposit — 500 MDL. Unused funds never expire.
3. Register a Sender Name
   Submit a request for a sender name (your company or brand name). Registration with Moldovan operators takes 1–2 business days.
4. Get Your API Key
   In your SMS.MD dashboard, go to Settings → API and copy your API key.
5. Open the amoCRM Marketplace
   Go to Settings → Integrations, find the SMS.MD widget using the search, and click "Install".
6. Enter Your API Key and Sender Name
   In the widget settings, paste the API key from your SMS.MD dashboard and enter your registered sender name.
7. Set Up Triggers in the Digital Pipeline
   Go to Deals → Pipeline Settings, click "+" on the desired stage, select the SMS.MD widget, and configure the message text with personalization variables.
8. Send a Test SMS
   Move a test deal to the configured stage and verify that the SMS is sent. Done — all triggers are now active.

SMS Automation Scenarios in amoCRM

The amoCRM Digital Pipeline lets you configure SMS triggers for any stage of your sales process. Here are the most popular scenarios:

• New lead — instant welcome SMS when a new lead enters the pipeline
• Deal stage change — notify the client as they progress through the pipeline: "Your order has been received", "Invoice issued", "Shipped"

SMS Personalization with CRM Variables

Message text can include variables from amoCRM fields — they are substituted automatically at the time of sending:

• #contact_name# — contact name
• #deal_name# — deal name
• #manager_name# — assigned manager's name
• #manager_phone# — manager's phone number
• #deal_price# — deal amount
• #cf_[field name]# — any custom field from the deal or contact

SMS.MD delivery rate is 99.8%, with an average delivery time of under 5 seconds. All sent messages are logged in the deal card's activity feed. Undelivered SMS messages are automatically refunded.
